The types of messaging services currently provided are defined as:
- Reminder - A message provided at the request of the client to be reminded of the need to take some kind of action, e.g. "Check-in for Flight 265 is at 7:00 AM, on schedule. Please press 1 to acknowledge, or press 2 to speak with an agent."
- Notification - A message provided by the enterprise notifying the client of something the enterprise believes the client may be interested in, but for which a response by the client may or may not be expected, e.g. "Check-in for Flight 265 has been delayed until 8:00 AM. Please press 1 to confirm acceptance, or press 2 to speak with an agent."
- Alert - A message provided by the enterprise alerting the client to some unusual (unscheduled) event for which some response by the client may be expected, e.g. "Flight 265 has been cancelled due to weather. Please press 1 to speak with an agent."
Caliente is prepared to capitalize on the huge demand for simple, affordable and effective tools for strengthening the nature of the enterprise-client relationship. The Company will employ web-based technology to assist its clients to strengthen and improve the quality of their customer relationships without requiring the purchase of expensive software or upgrades.
Caliente has dynamic features which will enhance the nature of the client relationship with more meaning and utility. For example, Caliente:
- Does not require purchase of expensive subscriptions; Caliente only charges nominal setup charges, regardless of the enterprise size
- Pricing is on a very inexpensive "per message - pay as you go" basis
- Matching expenses to benefits across specific client, group or program basis is automatic
- The message can be readily and economically Individualized
- Integration with other marketing programs and marketing partners is seamless
- Clients don't need to purchase equipment or software to become engaged, just a telephone
- Once set up, clients can access the system and maintain their own relationship
- Reminders, notifications, alerts (and even bookings and transactions) can be completely automated
