Caliente Solutions develops an integrated, web based, text-to-speech mini CRM solution for small to medium enterprises called SALSA that is accessible to even the smallest enterprises via the internet. By combining customizable messaging functions such as text messaging, email or voice, to anybody, anywhere, anytime over any device, and entirely new level of client-oriented relationships for enterprises is possible. Even machine-to-client automated communications can be accommodated. The company uses sophisticated programing techniques, proprietary algorithms, first-mover advantage and high value-added benefits to secure market share. Caliente's services are sold to enterprises and to individual on pre-paid and post-paid basis. Enterprises will access the Company's internet based self-service platform to set up voice and/or text messages of interest to their clients. These client enterprises will to maintain a list clients, segregated by a small (3 - 5) number of definitions, whom they want contacted stipulating what kinds messages should be sent to specific recipients on a one-time only or repeat basis. Payment is only collected if the client is delivered the message. The flexibility of this service allows businesses to fine tune the exact nature of the contact. These messages generally fall into the categories of reminders, notifications and alerts (Read More...). In many cases, no immediate action is required on the part of the recipient, although an optional response can be incorporated. A proof of transmission and receipt of the message can also be incorporated, although it is not anticipated that such proof is meant to meet legal definition of "proof of delivery". Upon receipt of a message, the recipient can be prompted to further engage the system to request further contacts. As an example, a message to a patient may indicate the time and nature of the medication taken, along with an invitation to contact the doctor or pharmacist if required. Other auto-responses can be factored into contact as well, even including, for example, a call redirection to a care-giver if a patient fails to respond after a specified number of attempts to contact. Due to the system's capability for utilizing any type of client device (including the home phone), compatibility ceases to be an issue affecting usability. Consequently Caliente enables any size of enterprise in any business or service segment to provide valuable information to any client, anywhere, at any time, at a price anyone can afford. It excludes no one, enterprise or client, except those who choose not to participate. This ability to discontinue service is extended to the recipients whenever they receive a message by allowing them to contact the enterprise and request they be withdrawn from services. |
